
Grace Armon

Grace choreographed Footloose as a high school senior and is thrilled to return to Bomont! Other past shows include Fiddler on the Roof (Shprintze), The Nerd (Axel), Cinderella (Gabrielle), and The Rocky Horror Show (Columbia). She’s been dancing for 20 years, and her joints haven’t given up on her yet. She holds a BA in Geography from Macalester and an MPH in Maternal & Child Health from UMN. Offstage, she’s usually knitting, thrifting, or telling people she lived in Germany for a year.

Erin Baumer

Erin is excited to be back onstage with Open Door! They have previously peformed in ODCT’s Cinderella, The Producers, and Matilda. They can’t wait to dance their butt off and cut footloose!

Jim Baumer
Ensemble
Jim is all smiles as he returns for his fourth show with Open Door. He has been in Godspell (choir), Joseph and the Amazing Multicolored Dreamcoat (choir), and Cinderella. He shows that you’re never too old to try new things. Jim also sings with Spirit Song Choir; a group that spreads hope and joy through song.

Brea Davis

Brea is thrilled to rejoin Open Door Community Theatre since being in their very first production of Shrek in 2019! She recently completed her BFA in Musical Theatre at George Mason University, and she’s glad to be back performing in her home state. Brea’s recent roles include Helene in Great Comet (GMU) and the Jester in Once Upon a Mattress (Lakeshore Players). Please enjoy Footloose!

Kyle Dolan

Kyle is excited and honored to be cutting a rug in his second ODCT show of 2026! He last appeared as the Escapologist in Matilda the Musical with his wife Stacey, and is delighted to be on stage telling more stories with her! Kyle has also worked offstage for several ODCT shows, singing backup vocals for Joseph [and the…Dreamcoat] and volunteering behind the scenes for shows such as The Little Mermaid and School of Rock. Kyle also sang backing vocals for Barry Manilow at Xcel Energy Center in 2024.

Stacey Dolan

As a board member, actor, and musician, ODCT holds a very special place in Stacey’s heart, and she’s thrilled to be part of her ninth production with this wonderful group. Past memorable roles at ODCT include Ursula (Little Mermaid), Patty (School of Rock), and Mrs. Phelps (Matilda). Stacey works in Human Resources and lives in Saint Paul with her husband—and biggest fan—Kyle, whom she has been lucky enough to act alongside this year. You can find her on Instagram @folkgirlmusic. Allea Eichler

Allea is thrilled to make her debut with Open Door. You may have seen her on stage elsewhere, notably as Maureen in Rent at Century College (2023) and as Flotsam in The Little Mermaid with Masquers (2025). She also is a scare actor and manager at Nowhere Haunted House.

Jennifer Haider
Choreographer
Jennifer has been dancing since the age of two and dedicated 30 years to running, teaching and choreographing at The Dance Center, sharing her love of movement and performance with students of all ages. Since 2016, she expanded her love of dance into the musical theatre world and has choreographed more than 20 productions for community theatres, high schools and middle schools throughout the Twin Cities. Favorite productions have included Cabaret, Mean Girls, Mamma Mia, Beauty and the Beast, Side Show and Big Fish. She is excited and honored to help bring the energy and heart of Footloose to the stage and hopes audiences enjoy every moment of the show!

Madeline Huss

Madeline is delighted to return to ODCT for the third time to vocal direct Footloose, one of her mom’s all-time favorite stories. She is a vocal instructor (privately and at St. Croix Preparatory Academy), music director, and a soprano in the MNOpera chorus. She has been teaching voice for eleven years and vocal directing high school and community theater for seven years. Madeline and her husband Ricky (ODCT alum) are looking forward to welcoming a baby this summer!

Kyla Johnson

Kyla is so excited to make her tech debut at ODCT! Kyla has been in theatre since she was eight and on the technical side of theatre since her Freshman year at Woodbury High School (WHS). Her first production (ironically) was FOOTLOOSE, as she was the first ever projectionist at her school. She then went on to be an Assistant Stage Manager for URINETOWN, Student FOH Manager for RUMORS, a Stage Manager for MEAN GIRLS, and an Assistant Stage Manager for OUR TOWN. Outside of WHS, Kyla has Stage Managed for Locally Growns 24 HOUR PLAY FESTIVAL AND TWELFTH NIGHT. Kyla was recognized by the Hennepin Arts Spotlight Program for her outstanding leadership position as a Stage Manager in MEAN GIRLS and is an active member in the International Thespian Society. When Kyla is not in the theatre, she enjoys the outdoors, iced coffee, and shopping. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Tova Kimbell

Tova Kimbell, currently in the middle of the adventure called ‘Figuring Out What The Heck She Is Doing With Her Life’, is thrilled to be kicking off her Sunday shoes in ODCT’s “Footloose”! She most recently had a blast getting murdered on stage as the White Witch in YPC’s production of “Narnia”. She wants to thank God for giving her coffee, summer and her beautiful (and sometimes ‘bonkers’) family and friends!

Joe is excited to be making his ODCT debut with such a wonderful cast and crew! After an extended break from shows due to work he is so thankful to come back to one of his long time dream roles. Some of his favorite previous roles include: Mark in RENT, Gabe in Next to Normal, Caterpillar in Alice by Heart, and Kyle in Legally Blonde. He would like to thank his fiancé Hanna for encouraging and supporting his love for

Christian is excited to be taking a step backstage for this production as an Assistant Stage Manager. This production marks Christian’s fifth show with Open Door Community Theater. He is thankful for the opportunity to learn from the production team and looks forward to returning to the stage very soon. Emily Lefrancois is delighted to be joining Open Door again this summer as part of the stage management team for Footloose! She recently has worked with ODCT on last year’s The Producers as well as with Minnesota Fringe Festival and Twin Cities Horror Festival. She’d like to thank all the cast, crew, and production team for their hard work and commitment to the show, Sarah Schmitt for being the best stage manager anyone could ask for (as well as Christian Krohn for joining the team!), and ODCT for being such a welcoming space to participate in theater.

Kevin is excited to make his Open Door Community Theatre debut with “Footloose” as a member of the ensemble. Kevin is not a stranger to the stage as his 20+ years of past performances includes singing, acting, dancing, and choreographer, but for the past 12 years, Kevin has been “the man behind the scenes” serving as a Stage Manager for various theater companies around the Twin Cities. In addition to performing, Kevin is a busy guy juggling two additional jobs including managing a local coffee shop and operating his own boutique dessert concierge catering company called “Ganache: Desserts and Confections” as executive pastry chef / chocolatier. If free time is remotely within his daily schedule, Kevin enjoys staying busy by trying new restaurants, playing tennis, Zumba, Swing Dancing, international traveling, listening to audio novels, and being with friends.

Anissa Lubbers (Vi) is excited to be making her Open Door debut! She has performed in theaters across the Twin Cities and was last seen as Belinda/Flavia in “Noises Off” at Century College. Some other past favorite roles include; Daisy (The Great Gatsby), Belle (Beauty & the Beast), Elaine (Arsenic & Old Lace), Etcetera (Cats), Christina Grant (Murder on the Nile), Bakers Wife (Into the Woods), Claire (Rumors), and Kitty (Drowsy Chaperone).

Will McDonough
Willard Hewitt
A classical baritone trained at M&O studios in Bayport, Will fell in love with theatre as a SAHS senior and is hyped to return for his second Open Door production! Will studies history at St. Thomas and plans to work with interfaith organizations in the Twin Cities on historical research while continuing his performing arts career. His favorite roles include Javert from Les Misérables, Moonface Martin from Anything Goes, and Smee from Peter and the Starcatcher. This summer, he is interning at Stages Theatre Company educating young performers. Special thanks to my parents, uncles, aunts, and my boyfriend Ari for their support. If there is one thing worth fighting for, it is freedom!!!

Dan O’Shea

Dan O’shea is excited to be returning to open door in Footloose. This is second Open Door production. He has been acting since he was ten years old. Some of his recent roles include Brom Bones in the Legend of Sleepy Hollow , Cinderella as a Knight/ Waltzer, ensemble in Bright Star just to name a few. Dan would like to thank so many people including his dad and step mom and his friends Sarah Stacy and Sammi as well as all his theater friends for supporting him. He hopes dancing will solve peace around the world enjoy the show.

Trey is excited to be in his first production with ODCT! He previously performed in various productions at Robert Morris University, graduating with a degree in Actuarial Science in 2025. Some of his favorite roles included Bobby Strong in Urinetown and Robbie Hart in The Wedding Singer. Special thanks to his family, friends, girlfriend, and coworkers for their support.

Em is thrilled to be back on the stage! Last seen in The Producers with Open Door Community Theatre, she couldn’t resist the call of this dancey-show! She’s previously been in The Cinderella Ballet at The Phipps, Big Fish at Ashland Productions, and more. When not on the stage, she studies at the U of M and is graduating next year! She hopes everyone enjoys the show and feels as inspired to dance as she does!

Sarah is very excited to be a part of Open Door’s production of Footloose! During the day, Sarah works as a paralegal with an independent firm in Edina. At night, she stage manages for theaters throughout the Twin Cities, working most recently with Night Fire Theatre, Open Circuit Theatre, and Theatre in the Round Players. Maria is so excited to be a part of ODCT’s production of Footloose! Other productions you may recognize her from include Cinderella (Ella), Matilda (Miss Honey), and Seussical (Bird Girl). When she isn’t teaching K-8 music, Maria can be found watching a thriller, writing music, and playing with her cat, Gracie. Enjoy the show!!

This is Austin Shannon’s debut performance with Open Door Community Theatre and is thrilled for it to be Footloose the Musical. This is his first musical in three years since being in the ensemble for the SpongeBob musical production at Normandale Community College, and has been in many play productions there since then. He is so honored to be in this cast and production. This was one of the very first stories that taught and inspired him to continue dancing. He is currently at Normandale as a criminal justice major and also a theatre performance major. He wants to thank all his friends and family for their endless support and encouragement to continue doing this. Also, to the production team for giving him this amazing opportunity and for helping him make this production the best it can be. Lastly, to the cast who have helped him through all this and catching him up on things when he needed it most. He hopes you enjoy the show.

She is currently getting a BFA in Acting over at the University of Minnesota Guthrie-BFA Acting Program and is delighted to be a part of a musical again. Some of her favorite roles include: Lizzy Bennet (Pride & Prejudice), Amber Von Tussle (Hairspray), Janis (Mean Girls), and an Urchin (Little Shop of Horrors). She is so excited to put this show on for you and is so proud of her fellow actors. She loves everything that involves singing, acting, and dancing, and hopes that you love this show just as much as she does!

Kaylee is so excited to appear in her second ODCT show! She was previously seen in The Producers last summer. Other show credits include A Chorus Line, Beauty and the Beast (x3), Newsies, and Chicago. Kaylee is also a dance teacher and award winning choreographer.

This is Drew’s third show for Open Door after directing Cinderella in 2024 and The Producers in 2025. His training includes a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Communications from St.John’s University. Favorite past roles include Saunders in Lend me a Tenor and Jack in The Importance of Being Earnest. Favorite directing work includes 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee along with over ten years of directing for Stillwater Public Schools. When not performing Drew is a part of the English Department at Stillwater Area High School.

Andrew Stalboerger has just graduated from high school and now is performing in his first Open Door production. He has been singing and playing music for his whole life, and writing music for four years. He loves music, art, prayer, reading, having philisophical discussions, and going on very long walks.

Hanna is thrilled to be making her debut with ODCT!! She has performed all around the Twin Cities including Ashland Productions, Bunce Performing Arts, 4 Community Theatre and Little Theatre of Owatonna! In her free time you can catch her flying the pretty skies as a Delta Air Lines Flight Attendant and most recently as a private pilot! Special shout out to her wonderful fiancé Joe (Ren) who has been her biggest fan and number one supporter and is very excited to be sharing the stage with him once again. Much love to her pup Obi!!
